The difference between Scent-Sations Mia Bella Candles and others is simple, Palm Wax. Scent-Sations uses natural palm wax when making candles. Mia Bella candles discovered that soy wasn't the best way to create candles because soy does not produce the scent throw people enjoy.

Soy candles leave the scent at the top in the form of a puddle which does not let the scent last. However with Scent-Sations Mia Bella candles the scent lasts throughout the life of your candle which means from the top to the bottom of your jar. In addition, Mia Bella has the strongest scented candles on the market today.

Our clean burning candles are easily cleaned up if spilled, simply use warm soapy water and the mess is gone.

 Another difference between Scent-Sations Mia Bella candles and others is our wicks are made of 100% cotton and lead FREE  and the core is zinc free!

Soy Wax

Aesthetically, soy wax is not pretty and candles often develop bumps and lesions while burning

Some soy wax candles contain additives and hardeners
Toxic pesticides are often used on soy crops
Soy candle makers are limited by the type of candle they can make because the wax is so soft. They are unable to provide customers with pillars, tapers or ornamentals
Requires large amounts of agricultural land and processing

Soy wax is difficult to ship during hot weather because it will melt        

Palm Wax
Advantages
Palm crops require a lower input of fossil fuels compared to soy
Palm oil production creates 3,200 kg/hectare per year and soybean production creates only 351 kg/hectare per year

Slow burning
Renewable resource
Not genetically modified
